Reservation Guidelines

  • Private Events:
    The pool cannot be reserved for private events during normal pool hours.
  • Rates & Fees:
    • Event reservations require a 3-hour minimum at $125 per hour per lifeguard.
    • Total Minimum Cost: $375 (for 3 hours with one lifeguard).
    • A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required with registration.
    • If the event is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Maximum Capacity:
    No more than 25 guests per lifeguard may attend.
  • Rules of Conduct:
    • All guests must comply with all facility rules during the event.
    • No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the facility during events or rentals.
    • The host must bring appropriate trash bags and clean up all trash and decorations immediately after the party.
    • The host is financially responsible for any damages to the pool, equipment, furniture, or fixtures caused by attendees.

Host Agreement: By signing this registration form, I acknowledge that I and all of my guests agree to abide by the facility rules listed above. I understand that failure to comply may result in denial of future event reservations. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility, lifeguards, public officials, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability related to the event.
